Refunds/ Returns?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting exchanges. 

We will also not be issuing refunds freely. An investigation will be opened and each case will be processed and screened before we decided to issue a refund 

 Shipping Policy?

All products are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take about 3-5 business days, depending on what the customer decides at checkout and where they are located. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once tracking number has been sent to the provided email address All Things Renee is NOT responsible for any LOST packages, Incorrect addresses, and addresses with no APT Number. Any PROBLEMS with package delivery and / or lost packages please take this up with the U.S. Postal Service.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If something arrives damaged or if there is a wrong or missing item, please contact me AS SOON AS YOU NOTICE THE PROBLEM. I may request pictures of any damaged or defective item. I may also need pictures of the shipping box. 

In the event that I get your package back, you are responsible for paying the re-ship fee.
